A gentle 45 minute long vinyasa class lead by Laura Orland will be followed by a fireside chat with the founder of Work From Om. Work From OM provides workplace mediation, yoga and mindfulness. In this conversation, you'll be introduced to high-value tips & tricks from breath awareness to ergonomics, to digital diets. You'll leave feeling well equipped with how to be healthier, happier and higher functioning just by bringing a little OM to your office space. Tea will be provided by Paromi Tea, alongside light snacks.
